Scope of Activity

Traveler Zone is a travel and holiday organizer specializing in curated travel experiences. We focus on creating memorable journeys while ensuring clarity about our services and limitations.

We are not liable for any mishaps, accidents, or claims arising from such activities. Guests are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on their journey.

Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise requested. Single occupancy will incur additional charges.

• Guests must adhere to hotel check-in and check-out timings
• Early check-ins, late check-outs, or extended stays are the guest's responsibility
• Room preferences are subject to availability

Meals

Meals are provided as per the itinerary on a fixed menu basis. Changes may be made in case of unforeseen situations.

• Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance
• Missed meals due to personal reasons will not be compensated

Transport

Vehicles are allotted based on booking priority and group size.

• Transport providers operate under their own terms and conditions
• Any damage caused to the vehicle or property will be borne by the guest
• Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the tour manager

Safety and Health Matters

Your safety and well-being are our priority, but certain responsibilities lie with you as the traveler.

Traveler Zone will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We strongly advise obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.

• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to deny access to certain activities based on health concerns
• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and activity operators

Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere to published itineraries, circumstances beyond our control may require modifications.

• Itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, site closures, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Guests will be informed of changes as early as possible
• Any additional costs arising from such changes will be communicated in advance
• Guests are expected to continue with the revised itinerary

In rare cases where significant changes are necessary, we will offer suitable alternatives or appropriate compensation.

Payments

Clear payment terms ensure smooth processing of your booking and travel arrangements.

• Booking is confirmed only after 25% of the total amount is paid
• The advance payment is non-refundable
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour/stay
• For last-minute bookings, 100% payment is required
• Bookings made without full payment may be canceled without notice

Travel Documents

Proper documentation is essential for a hassle-free travel experience.

• Guests are solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid
• Required documents include ID proofs, tickets, permits, and insurance
• Traveler Zone will not assist in replacing lost or missing documents
• Any delay or denial of service due to missing documents will not be compensated

We recommend keeping digital copies of all important documents as backup.

Privacy of Information

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

• All guest information is treated as confidential
• Disclosures may be made as required by law or government agencies
• Photographs taken during tours may be used in promotional material
• By completing a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions
